The Prevailing Peace And Stability In The Country Result Of United Struggle And Sacrifice: Central Region Administrator

In an interview he conducted with ERINA, the Administrator of the Central Region, Mr. Kahsai Gebrehiwot stated that the prevailing peace and stability in the country is the collective outcome of decades of united struggle and common values of mutual respect and cooperation.

Asmara, 13 May 2010- In an interview he conducted with ERINA, the Administrator of the Central Region, Mr. Kahsai Gebrehiwot stated that the prevailing peace and stability in the country is the collective outcome of decades of united struggle and common values of mutual respect and cooperation.

Mr. Kahsai further indicated that the Eritrean government and the PFDJ are strenuously striving to nurture skilled and patriotic citizens firmly believing that human resource development is the basis of economic progress. “The development of our human resource is the basis of our progress. The Eritrean people not only have a vision but also the strength to realize their vision, and their efforts are already bearing fruit,” he added.

The Administrator went on to explain that owing to the government’s extensive investment on skills development, there is at present no shortage of skilled professionals in the country.

Mr. Kahsai finally pointed out that the equal distribution of the social services and infrastructure in different parts of the country has further promoted the culture of mutual respect and cooperation.
