He pointed out that the awareness of the inhabitants regarding the advantages of health care service is on the raise as a result of the campaigns carried out to this end. Mr. Tesfai went on to explain that mothers in particular resorting to medical care in pre-and post-delivery period, and that the death rate of mothers and children is declining.
