Soil And Water Conservation Campaign Underway In La’lai-Gash Sub-Zone

Soil and water conservation activities are being carried out through popular participation in La’lai-Gash sub-zone so as to achieve food security.

La’lai-Gash, 9 May 2010 – Soil and water conservation activities are being carried out through popular participation in La’lai-Gash sub-zone so as to achieve food security.

The local inhabitants are demonstrating active participation in the campaign in Antore, Bilenayo, Awgaro, Mefletch, Aitera, Shelalo, Debero, Brar, Mkuti, Arakub and Adi-Tsetser villages.

Mr. Bahlibi Zersenai, an expert who is leading the campaign, disclosed that the substantial investments made for the implementation of various programs every year are bearing fruitful outcome.
