Female schools participation in Hamrti continues to increase

The number of female school participation in Hamrti administrative area, Ara’ata sub-zone, continues to increase, according to Mr. Hussein Ahmed Halo, director of Hamrti Elementary and Junior School. He also stated that female students are becoming competitive in their academic performance. Araata, 11 May 2010 – The number of female school participation in Hamrti administrative area, Ara’ata sub-zone, continues to increase, according to Mr. Hussein Ahmed Halo, director of Hamrti Elementary and Junior School. The school, which is a semi-boarding one, enrolls students from the surrounding villages of Agdel, Dora, Asohare, Halolo and Gabil-Guban.

The Administrator of the area, Mr. Ali Igahil explained that the inhabitants of the area have become beneficiaries of education ranging from kindergarten to junior schools, on top of improved potable water supply. The local inhabitants are also getting reliable other types of social services thanks to the Government’s endeavors, he added.
