Ministry gives technical training course to staff members

In continuation of endeavors to upgrade the skill of staff members, the Ministry of Information gave technical training course to veteran and new staff members engaged in ground stations of ERI-TV.
Asmara, 19 May 2010 – In continuation of endeavors to upgrade the skill of staff members, the Ministry of Information gave technical training course to veteran and new staff members engaged in ground stations of ERI-TV.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony at the Hager Media Hall, the head of engineering and studio branch in the Television department, Mr. Teages Frezgi, stressed the significance of such training programs in upgrading the competence of staff members.

The head of human resource development in the Ministry, Mr. Tombosa Asmelash, explained on his part that the month-long training is aimed at broadcasting TV programs in a clear and efficient manner.

Expressing satisfaction with the training program, the participants of the course asserted readiness to live up to expectations. Meanwhile, staff member who followed a course on basic journalism graduated on the same day.
