Red Sea Bottlers Share Company Producing Over 240,000 Soft Drinks A Day

Red Sea Battlers Share Company is producing and distributing over 240,000 different kinds of soft drinks a day so as to meet market demand, according to Ms. Abrehet Weldemariam, head of finance administration in the company. Asmara, 20 May 2010 – Red Sea Battlers Share Company is producing and distributing over 240,000 different kinds of soft drinks a day so as to meet market demand, according to Ms. Abrehet Weldemariam, head of finance administration in the company.

She explained that about 40% of the company’s production is distributed in the city of Asmara and the remaining 60% in the regions. It also sells soft drinks at fair price she added.

Similarly Mr. Woldezgi Tekeste, who worked in the company for more than 38 years, stated that it has introduced modern equipments and raised its production capacity double fold. 

Mr. Tewolde Petros in charge of production indicated on his part that the company’s operations were obstructed for sometime due to technical constraints. However, he indicated that at present it is producing the required amount on the basis of better organization.
