Elaberad, 27 May 2010 – Eden semi-urban centre, Elaberad sub-zone, is registering major development through the concerted efforts of the people and the Government since the achievement of independence, stated Mr. Gaim Kidane, in charge of economic development in the semi-urban centre.
Accordingly, community hospital, fruits and vegetables market centre, 24-hour of electricity supply, fixed and mobile telephone service, as well as five schools have been put in place. In addition, the local inhabitants have managed to get potable water supply.
There are about 200 various service-rendering institutions in Eden.
