Keren, 1 June 2010 – The head of the Education Ministry’s branch in Anseba region, Mr. Bokretsion Habtemichael, stressed the significance of Student Week and festival in creating conducive ground for youths to upgrade their creative and innovate skills, besides preserving their culture and identity.
In the course of the Student Week held in Keren town, different programs, including academic, cultural and sports activities were conducted. Besides, inventions, handcrafts, educational sites and writing contest, as well as seminars and lectures were featured.
Mr. Bokretsion indicated that the event is aimed at creating conducive ground for youths to exchange experience and getting acquainted with one another.
