A mother of 3 martyrs, Ms. Kebedesh Tikabo, expressed satisfaction with the all-round assistance being extended on the part of the people and the Government, while the father of another martyr, Mr. Yacob Idris Bariyay, said that the support of Eritrean citizens inside the country and abroad to families of fallen heroes has a vital role to play in improving their standard of living.
Likewise, Ms. Gidei Kibrom, a mother of 2 martyrs, expressed pride over the martyrdom of her offspring as we have achieved an independent nation.
The Ministry’s branch office indicated that there are plans to pay the money to martyrs’ families in remote areas like Asmat and Kerkebet through traveling to the respective areas.
