Barentu Sub-Zone: Endeavors To Ensure Mother And Child Care Bearing Fruitful Outcome

The endeavors being exerted towards ensuring mother and child care in Barentu sub-zone are bearing fruitful outcome, according to Mr. Ogbazgi Zaid, head of vaccination program in the sub-zone’s central health station.

Noting that tangible achievement is being registered in mother and child care, he explained that utmost care is being given to pregnant mothers and children under the age of 5.

Mr. Ogbazgi further pointed out that continued vaccination program is being undertaken with a view to preventing communicable diseases, besides encouraging pregnant mothers to make pre-and post-delivery medical checkup.
