Farming Community In Adi-Keih Sub-Zone Called To Utilize Grazing Areas Properly

In a lecture given to the farming community from the administrative areas of Ma’elewia, Siberaso and Hadamu, Adi-Keih sub-zone, the need for efficient utilization of animal grazing areas was underscored.
Adi-Keih, 4 July 2010 – In a lecture given to the farming community from the administrative areas of Ma’elewia, Siberaso and Hadamu, Adi-Keih sub-zone, the need for efficient utilization of animal grazing areas was underscored.

The participants said that they would apply the knowledge they have acquired in their respective villages and share it with their fellow farmers.

The representative of Ministry of Agriculture branch office in the sub-zone, Mr. Girmai Abrha, reminded the farmers to carefully use the grazing land in their surrounding and prevent deforestation.

Reports disclosed that there are about 2,000 hectares of animal grazing areas in Adi-Keih sub-zone.
