642,000 Nakfa Donated By Nationals Abroad Paid To Martyrs’ Families In Adi-Keih Sub-Zone

A total of 642,000 Nakfa donated by Eritrean nationals residing abroad was paid to 94 martyrs’ families in Adi-Keih sub-zone, disclosed Mr. Rezene Woldeamlak, head of the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare branch in the sub-zone.
Adi-Keih, 8 July 2010 – A total of 642,000 Nakfa donated by Eritrean nationals residing abroad was paid to 94 martyrs’ families in Adi-Keih sub-zone, disclosed Mr. Rezene Woldeamlak, head of the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare branch in the sub-zone.

Accordingly, the money contributed by the nationals from various countries in Europe, USA, the Middle East and Asia was paid to each of the beneficiaries.

Similarly, two nationals inside the country, Mr. Hadera Zemichael and Mr. Gemal Idris contributed 18,000 Nakfa each in support of families of fallen heroes.

The Administrator of Adi-Keih sub-zone, Mr. Mohammed Hamid, lauded the initiatives of the aforementioned nationals and called on the beneficiaries to make good use of the support obtained.

The beneficiaries on their part expressed appreciation for the gesture, and said that they deeply appreciate the visit by those nationals to the places where they live.
