Northern Red Sea Region Youths Finalize Preparations To Participate In 4th ERI-Youth Festival

Youths in the Northern Red Sea region have finalized preparations to participate in the 4th National Youth Festival that will be conducted in Sawa from 16 to 19 July, according to the head of the preparations committee in the region, Mr. Gide Sequar. Massawa, 12 July 2010- Youths in the Northern Red Sea region have finalized preparations to participate in the 4th National Youth Festival that will be conducted in Sawa from 16 to 19 July, according to the head of the preparations committee in the region, Mr. Gide Sequar.

Indicating that the Youth Festival will include different cultural and sports activities as well as programs focusing on innovation and manufacturing, Mr. Gide said that the Festival will play an important role in highlighting the role of the youth in the nation building process. Around 300 youth from the Northern Red Sea region will participate in the festival, 42 of whom will take part in general knowledge and debating contests, he added.
