Farms Of Over 4,300 Martyrs’ Families Tilled Through Popular Campaign

About 2,000 pieces of farm lands of over 4,300 families of fallen heroes have been ploughed in 118 villages of Adi-Quala, Areza and Mai-Mine sub-zones through popular campaign.
Adi-Quala, 17 July 2010 – About 2,000 pieces of farm lands of over 4,300 families of fallen heroes have been ploughed in 118 villages of Adi-Quala, Areza and Mai-Mine sub-zones through popular campaign.

Reports disclosed that the campaign was conducted over a period of 10 days and was part of the annual support extended to the families of fallen heroes in terms of ploughing and other agricultural activities. 

Furthermore, the homes of martyrs’ families in different villages of Areza sub-zone have been renovated through similar campaigns. Financial support was also extended to those in Mai-Mine sub-zone.

Commending the support extended to them through the concerted efforts of people and Government, the families of fallen heroes said that the martyrdom of their children is a pride for all Eritrean citizens.
