About 21,000 Eritrean Nationals Arrive In The Country For Vacation

About 21,000 Eritrean nationals have arrived in the Homeland from different parts of the world in the past two months to spend their vacation time, according to reports from the immigration office.

Asmara, 20, July 2010 – About 21,000 Eritrean nationals have arrived in the Homeland from different parts of the world in the past two months to spend their vacation time, according to reports from the immigration office.

The nationals, who arrived from May 15 – 13 July, said that their visit to their country is part of their continuous resolute rebuff and rejection of the unjust and illegal sanction resolutions of the US.  Moreover, they expressed satisfaction in being able to spend their vacation time with their family and friends in peace as well as observe the ongoing development endeavors through popular participation of the society at large and the Government as well as members of the EDF. The nationals voiced determination to redouble their contribution in the future.

Reports added that the number of summer visitors has doubled this year compared with the pervious year.
