Barentu, 20 July 2010- Different authorities in Barentu called on the owners of service rendering institutions to abide by the laws and regulations outlined by the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

According to reports from the area, the residents had been complaining that the owners manipulated prices at will and exhibited distinct lack of customer services and necessary hygiene.

The Administrator of the Barentu town, Mr. Franco Cubaba stated the violations of rules and regulation by the owners of such institution victimizes customers and is at the same time hindering to overall progress and as such called on the owners to introduce necessary reforms. He also added that the Administration of Barentu will work in collaboration with different institutions to see that the standard laws and regulations are maintained.
