Sawa, 23 July 2010 – Participants of the 4th ERI-Youth Festival stated that the event serves as a significant platform in highlighting the nation’s cherished values and rich cultural diversity.
They expressed impression with the modification and innovation skills, as well as various handcraft works demonstrated by the youth at the Festival that signify the nation’s bright future.
One of the participants, Mr. Yemane Tekel from the United States, said that Eritrea is exemplary in Africa for holding such a colorful festival. He particularly expressed satisfaction with the fact that Eritrean nationals inside the country and abroad come together in one platform and hold discussion on the objective situation in the country, besides personally witnessing the implementation of wide-ranging development programs.
Mr. Ibrahim Mohammed Anga on his part explained that the Eritrean youth not only emerged victorious through overcoming various challenges in different stages but are also accomplishing impressive achievements.
Still other participants, Mr. Mogos Haile and Ms. Tsega Gebre both from Switzerland said that they found Sawa to be the center of nurturing the all-round youths’ competence.
