Keren town administration offers training to staff members

The Administrator of Keren town, Mr. Tekie Kelati, said that the town administration is stepping up efforts to upgrade the skill of the staff members through organizing various training courses.
Keren, 30 July 2010 – The Administrator of Keren town, Mr. Tekie Kelati, said that the town administration is stepping up efforts to upgrade the skill of the staff members through organizing various training courses.

Speaking at the training offered to over 120 department heads, area administrators and members of law and regulation office from Keren and Hagaz towns, he indicated that the training is aimed at raising the awareness of the staff members regarding legal matters and public services. It is essentially focused on seeking ways of tackling problems through exchanging experience among one another.

Extensive briefings were given on the occasion by experts on different topics such as upgrading managerial competence, controlling illegal trading activities, supervising the quality and efficiency of service-rendering institutions and the like.

The participants of the training stressed the significance of the training in improving their work methodology.
