Serejeka, 1 August 2010 – In a meeting he conducted with people’s representatives and members of service-rendering ministries, the Administrator of the Central Region, Mr. Kahsai Gebrehiwot, stated that a society which actively participates in organized manner plays paramount role in releasing development goals.

In the meeting held in the sub-zones of Serejeka, Berikh and Galanefhi, Mr.Kahsai gave extensive briefings regarding the importance of organization of reforestation programs as well as public services. He went on to stress the need for exerting utmost efforts to effectively employ reforestation as well as soil and water conservation activities.

He further reminded administrators of the sub-zones to responsibly and justly discharge their duties to the community.
