Service-rendering institutions in Haikota called upon to live up to customers’ expectations

The Administrator of Haikota sub-zone, Mr. Hamid Yosuf, called on service-rendering institutions in Haikota semi-urban center to provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
Haikota, 28 September 2010 – The Administrator of Haikota sub-zone, Mr. Hamid Yosuf, called on service-rendering institutions in Haikota semi-urban center to provide efficient and reliable service to customers.

In a meeting with owners of service-rendering institutions, he explained that although such enterprises are providing commendable service to the public in accordance with the directives of the Tourism Ministry, they should, nonetheless, redouble endeavors so that they may attract more customers.

Mr. Hamid further stressed the need for service-rendering institutions to refrain from selling banned products and abide by the rules and regulations of the Ministry. 

The participants of the meeting adopted resolutions and recommendations highlighting the need for expanding electricity service and make the necessary supplies available so as to meet  customers’ expectations.
