Junior and secondary school in Embeito under construction

A junior and secondary school is under construction in Embeito, Gala-Nefhi sub-zone, at a cost of over 5.3 million Nakfa by Mereb Construction Company.
Gala-Nefhi, 7 October 2010 – A junior and secondary school is under construction in Embeito, Gala-Nefhi sub-zone, at a cost of over 5.3 million Nakfa by Mereb Construction Company.

The head of the technical unit in the company, Eng. Dawit Tadesse, said that 12 rooms for teachers, library, store, offices, water reservoir and the like are to be made available. He also indicated that the school would have a capacity of enrolling more than 430 students in one shift.

The school which is expected to start rendering service in early 2011 would serve students from the villages of Aderada, Zigib, Embeito, Adi-Hawesha, Adi-Keshi, Kodadu and Adi-Hiderom who were compelled to travel to Asmara to continue higher education.
