Kiloma inhabitants express satisfaction with the provision of potable water supply

The inhabitants of Kiloma, Southern Red Sea region, expressed satisfaction with the provision of potable water supply.
Assab, 7 October 2010 – The inhabitants of Kiloma, Southern Red Sea region, expressed satisfaction with the provision of potable water supply.

The head of the Administrative areas of Abo and Kiloma, Mr. Abubaker Ali, commended the Government’s endeavors to expand such service. He disclosed that previously they were compelled to travel long distance to fetch water that was not even up to standard.

Meanwhile, the local inhabitants stressed the need for the provision of health station in their locality so as to ensure mother and child health.

Kiloma is located 35Km. south of Assab town, and has an elementary school, potable water supply, as well as a communal court.
