NUEW branch in Germany conducts 19th congress
The NUEW branch in Germany, conducted its 19th congress in Frankfurt city under the theme “Youth: Guarantee for the Future”. 
Asmara, 21 October 2010 – The NUEW branch in Germany, conducted its 19th congress in Frankfurt city under the theme “Youth: Guarantee for the Future”.
In the meeting in which representatives from 24 German cities took part, the participants decided to step up efforts following extensive discussion focusing on enhancing the contribution of the branch office towards reinforcing the integrated national development resolute rebuff, upgrade the capacity of women and strengthening the organizational capacity female youths.
The congress participants also expressed readiness to redouble efforts for the completion of the construction of the women‘s training center in Gash-Barka region.
The Eritrean Ambassador to Germany, Mr. Petros Tsegai, Government and PFDJ representatives, as well as partner associations conveyed messages of solidarity to the congress.
Meanwhile, the NUEW branch in Germany donated 5,000 Euro towards augmenting the martyrs trust fund.
