Dubarwa sub-zone: Additional classrooms and potable water supply project put in place in schools

Additional classrooms, offices and potable water supply project have been put in place in the elementary and junior schools of Adi-Baro and Adi Gebre-Kefelet at a total expenditure of over 1 million Nakfa.
Dubarwa, 23 October 2010 – Additional classrooms, offices and potable water supply project have been put in place in the elementary and junior schools of Adi-Baro and Adi Gebre-Kefelet at a total expenditure of over 1 million Nakfa.

The project accomplished through public contribution includes the construction of additional 4 classrooms in Adi-Baro Elementary and Junior School at a cost of over 494,000 Nakfa, besides the putting in place of 2 additional classrooms, office and potable water supply project in Gebre-Kefelet Elementary and Junior School at an expenditure of over 650,000 Nakfa.

The head of administration and finance in Dubarwa sub-zone, Mr. Gidei Estifanos, who inaugurated the facilities commended the initiatives taken by the local inhabitants. He further called on other villages to emulate such a move.
