Foreign Minister conducts seminar to festival participants in Riyadh

Foreign Minister Osman Saleh conducted a seminar to participants of Eritrea Festival in Riyadh city and its environs on the objective situation in the Homeland.

Asmara, 25 October 2010 – Foreign Minister Osman Saleh conducted a seminar to participants of Eritrea Festival in Riyadh city and its environs on the objective situation in the Homeland.

He explained that major tasks are being accomplished towards achieving food security and called on Eritrean nationals at home and abroad to enhance contribution to this end.

Meanwhile, the 4-day long Eritrea Festival in the Saudi capital  that opened on October 20 has concluded in patriotic zeal.

At the closing ceremony, certificates of appreciation were handed to institutions and individuals that made vital contribution for the success of the event.

Various programs, including arts exhibition, handicraft, general knowledge contest among students and sports competitions featured in the course of the festival.
