Inhabitants of Ararib commend the support of the Government and partners for nationals affected by flooding

The inhabitants of Ararib, Adobha sub-zone, commended the support of the Government and partners for nationals affected by flooding.

Adobha, 29 October 2010 – The inhabitants of Ararib, Adobha sub-zone, commended the support of the Government and partners for nationals affected by flooding.

In a meeting they held with the Administrator of the Northern Red Sea region, Ms. Tsigereda Woldegergis, they expressed appreciation for the timely assistance. The inhabitants also voiced the need for putting in place of additional service-rendering facilities, and reiterated readiness to make due contribution towards the effective implementation of national development programs. 

The Administrator lauded the local inhabitants sense of endurance demonstrated during the flood accident, and underscored that the Government’s readiness to continue making vigorous endeavor to provide basic infrastructure facilities. She also called on them to live in those sites which are not exposed to flooding accident.
