Society called upon to enhance contribution in nurturing dynamic youths

A panel discussion organized in Barentu town in which the heads of the Education Ministry and  NUEYS branch offices in Gash-Barka region took part noted the need for the entire society to step up contribution in efforts to nurture dynamic and disciplined youths.
Barentu, 9 November 2010 – A panel discussion organized in Barentu town in which the heads of the Education Ministry and  NUEYS branch offices in Gash-Barka region took part noted the need for the entire society to step up contribution in efforts to nurture dynamic and disciplined youths.

The meeting also underscored the need for the Ministry and the Union to work jointly to this end. It further disclosed that the information and work directives adopted on the part of both parties at the regional and sub-zonal level should be effectively implemented so as to attain gratifying outcome.

The head of the Ministry’s branch in the region, Mr. Kelit Girmai, stated that fostering close coordination among the two bodies is imperative in raising awareness of youths and upgrading their creative skill.

The head of the NUEYS branch in Gash-Barka region, Mr. Luwij Hussein, said on his part that the formation of various clubs need to be strengthened and called on the concerned parties to enhance participation  to this end.
