The expansion of health, education and potable water supply services in Afambo administrative area, Southern Red Sea region, is bringing about noticeable improvement in the people’s life style, stated Mr. Halo Egahle, Administrator of the area.
Afambo, 17 November 2010 – The expansion of health, education and potable water supply services in Afambo administrative area, Southern Red Sea region, is bringing about noticeable improvement in the people’s life style, stated Mr. Halo Egahle, Administrator of the area.
He told ERINA that in line with the Government’s commitment to ensure social justice, various service-rendering institutions have been put in place, including potable water supply project, health station and educational institutions ranging from kindergarten to junior level, in addition to expanding agricultural activities.
Mr. Halo further explained that rain-fed and irrigation farming practices are being widely introduced in the area, which in turn is making due contribution in improving the people’s living standard.
