Young graduates from various health colleges already engaged in different tasks said that they are striving to upgrade their know-how through practical training.
Asmara, 19 November 2010 – Young graduates from various health colleges already engaged in different tasks said that they are striving to upgrade their know-how through practical training.

They explained that the theoretical training they received in college, coupled with the practical work in hospitals have enabled them to discharge their duty effectively and confidently.

They further expressed deep impression with the substantial investment being made to develop the nation’s human resource capacity. The graduates went on to say that they are doing their level best to tackle the shortage of health professionals in the country. They further stated that working with veteran doctors has greatly enabled them to share experience and accomplish significant tasks.

Reports indicated that work loads in hospitals have now been alleviated thanks to the deployment of the young graduates who are working in various duties up to the level of heads.
