Eritrean cycling team scoring top result in 4th phase of Rwanda Tour

The Eritrean national cycling team scored top result in the 4th stage of Rwanda tour that was conducted today.

Asmara, 20 November 2010 – The Eritrean national cycling team scored top result in the 4th stage of Rwanda tour that was conducted today.

In the 150 km-long race today,  African silver medalist, the Eritrean cyclist Frekalsi Debesai, stood first followed by cyclist Dawit Haile. Moreover, cyclist Teklit Tesfai fished 4th, while Daniel Teklehaimanot stood 7th.

Accordingly, the national team has managed to reinforce the previously scored impressive victory, whereas cyclist Daniel Teklehaimanot is leading the race in points. Besides, cyclist Teklit Tesfai is leading in the underage competition, while cyclist Natnael Berhane is standing first in the uphill race.

The 5th phase of the Rwanda Tour covering 125.8 kilometers would continue on November 22.
