Massawa, 28 November 2010 – The bustling Edaga-Arbi market in Massawa town has become a means for income-generation and work for many families.
They families told ERINA that the once a week market day has created conducive grounds for vegetables to reach to costumers before spoiling and is also serving in connecting consumers and suppliers from different areas.
Reports indicated that the market day, full of various goods, clothes and other times at fair price, is eagerly awaited by the inhabitants of Massawa.
Ms. Zahra Saleh from Hirgigo said that previously she was compelled to sell products to traders, but now, she is able supply it to costumers directly.
