Eritrea Is Island Of Peace And Stability In The Horn Region, Say Italian Tourists

A total of 23 Italian tourists who visited the country in a group said that Eritrea is the sole island of peace and stability in the war-torn Horn of Africa.
Asmara, 10 December 2010 – A total of 23 Italian tourists who visited the country in a group said that Eritrea is the sole island of peace and stability in the war-torn Horn of Africa.

The tourists who visited different parts of the country stated that on top of the existing rich natural resource, the prevailing peace and security makes Eritrea an attractive-tourism destination.

One of the visitors, Mr. Giorgio Ricchi explained that he was deeply impressed with the prevailing peace and stability in the country, and expressed admiration to the development achievements registered on the basis of internal resources.

Dr. Guadalupe Capizzana, who visited Eritrea for the 3rd time, said on her part that she has personally witnessed that the Eritrean people posses unique and noble values, as well as culture. 

Still other Italian tourists, Ms Maria Leone and Dr. Rafik Margaryan said that the existing salubrious weather in the country is attractive to every visitor, especially Europeans. They further indicated that they plan to visit Eritrea again.

Likewise, Dr. Ricardo Moschuetti, Mr. Gabriele Giorgi and Ms. Maria Rosaria Angelino highly appraised the hospitality of the Eritrean people and their hard working nature, the neatness of the city, the spectacular landscape and other breathtaking natural resources. In this regard, they pointed out that they would work to popularize Eritrea’s endowments upon return home.

The group of Italian tourists visited various parts of the country, including Asmara, Keren and Massawa, as well as Segeneiti and its environs.
