A total of 229 students graduated today from SMAP Institute of Training, Education and Consultancy in diploma and certificate in the fields of Accounting, Management and Information Technology.
Asmara, 18 December 2010 – A total of 229 students graduated today from SMAP Institute of Training, Education and Consultancy in diploma and certificate in the fields of Accounting, Management and Information Technology.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony, the director of the Institute, Dr. Tesfai Haile, commended the substantial investment the Government is making in building human capacity and developing private institutions of learning. He further indicated that the Institute is doing its level best in nurturing educated and skilled nationals, and called on the graduates to further deepen their newly acquired knowledge.
The director general of human resource development in the Education Ministry, Mr. Petros Hailemariam, said on his part that the Government is giving top priority to the task of building manpower capacity.
SMAP Institute of Training, Education and Consultancy has so far graduated a total of 631 students in 4 batches in diploma and certificate.
