Beilul, 18 December 2010 – The construction of semi-boarding elementary and junior school in Beilul administrative area, South-Denkalia sub-zone, at a cost of over 3.7 million Nakfa has been finalized and is already providing service.
The director of the school, Mr. Saleh Mohammed, said that the previously existing school was quite old with very few classrooms. As for the newly built school, it would enable students to pursue education in comfortable classrooms, and thereby facilitate the teaching-learning process.
He further pointed out that student enrollment in the school has shown a growth of 30% as more students from the administrative areas of Wadi, Ber’asole, Mindig and Sireru are flocking to it.
Reports indicated that the school provides full educational materials and meals to the students, thus relieving parents from extra expenses. The newly constructed Beilul elementary and junior semi-boarding school includes 11 big classrooms and 10 offices, as well as restrooms.
