Nfa. 158,000 donated to augment Martyrs’ Trust Fund

About 158,000 Nakfa has been donated towards augmenting the Martyrs’ Trust Fund and assisting needy families.
Asmara, 24 December 2010 – About 158,000 Nakfa has been donated towards augmenting the Martyrs’ Trust Fund and assisting needy families.

Accordingly, Ms. Abrehet Teklehaimanot, a national residing in Australia, contributed 8,000 Nakfa, while Ms. Nebiat Gebremairam contributed 10,000 Nakfa. Besides, Ms. Zimta Alemayo and Almaz Girmai, both of whom living in California, donated a total of 10,000 Nakfa for the same cause.

Likewise, concerned Eritrean women residing in the German city of Heidelberg contributed 30,000 Nakfa towards rehabilitating a single family.

Meanwhile, inhabitants of Forto-Sawa extended about 100,000 Nakfa in support of the nationals affected by the fire accident that occurred there last month.
