He told ERINA that strenuous work is need to expand water supply in the town considering its landscape, and new methods introduced such as building reservoirs in an elevated area, utilizing the force gravity have been introduced to ease water distribution. In this respect, Mr. Hagos stated that 24-hour water supply has been made available.
Moreover, he pointed out that the first phase of the project comprising of renovation of pipelines, reservoirs and wells as well as ensuring effective administration in the water source is finalized, and that efforts would be carried out to accomplish the remaining task of installing water pipelines to residential houses. He then called on the local inhabitants to apply judicious utilization of the provided services.
