A potable water supply project at a cost of 2.5 million Nakfa has been completed in Le’aten administrative area, Ginda sub-zone.
Ginda, 2 January 2011 – A potable water supply project at a cost of 2.5 million Nakfa has been completed in Le’aten administrative area, Ginda sub-zone. The Administrator of Le’aten, Mr. Mohammed Abdallah, explained that the project, which would serve more than 800 families, comprises of two wells, five water stations, a reservoir and 2 Km-long pipelines.
The Administrator of Ginda, Ms, Amna Haji, on her part said that the implementation of the project is part of the Government’s endeavors to expand equitable social service in all parts of the country, and urged the public to utilize the available facilities properly.
The local inhabitants commanded the Government’s efforts to improve the living standard of the society and reiterated readiness to make due contribution.
