Patriarch gives benedictions in connection with Geez Christmas

His Holiness Abune Dioskoros, 4th Patriarch of the Eritrean Orthodox Tewahdo Church, gave benediction in connection with Geez Christmas.
Asmara, 6 January 2011 – His Holiness Abune Dioskoros, 4th Patriarch of the Eritrean Orthodox Tewahdo Church, gave benediction in connection with Geez Christmas.

The Patriarch expressed good wish to nationals both inside the country and abroad, as well as to members of the Eritrean Defence Force engaged in the development programs and safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty. His Holiness Abune Dioskoros also gave fatherly advice to the faithful to extend assistance to fellow needy citizens, and called on the general public to further reinforce their contribution in the nation-building drive.

Furthermore, the Patriarch conveyed message of peace, prosperity and progress.
