The school under construction in Homib administrative area, Forto-Sawa sub-zone, is expected to play vital role in upgrading the teaching-learning process, according to the inhabitants.

Forto-Sawa, 27 January 2011 – The school under construction in Homib administrative area, Forto-Sawa sub-zone, is expected to play vital role in upgrading the teaching-learning process, according to the inhabitants.

Mr. Mohammed Idris from the locality pointed out that the children have been attending classes in tents for about 10 years, and that the construction of the school which is nearing in finalization is believed to improve educational service.

The Administrator of Homib, Mr. Idris Hussein, said that the construction of the modern school comprising 10 classrooms and teachers’ office, is part of the Government’s endeavors to expand educational opportunities across the country.

Homib is one of the 12 administrative areas in Forto-Sawa sub-zone with 3,000 inhabitants.
