Service-rendering institutions in Massawa ready to provide efficient service

Service-rendering enterprises in Massawa are making the necessary preparations to provide efficient and speedy service to pilgrims of the 21st anniversary of Operation Fenkil, according to Mr. Abraham Michael, Secretary of the Eritrean Tourism Service-Rendering Institutions.
Massawa, 31 January 2011 – Service-rendering enterprises in Massawa are making the necessary preparations to provide efficient and speedy service to pilgrims of the 21st anniversary of Operation Fenkil, according to Mr. Abraham Michael, Secretary of the Eritrean Tourism Service-Rendering Institutions.

He stated that they are making utmost preparations to accommodate visitors in a manner that fits with the prevailing weather condition and enjoying marine resources.

Mr. Abraham further noted the fact that Dahlak Hotel begins providing service and the Gorgusum Beach Hotel has increased its classrooms double-fold would enable pilgrims to get easy access to hotel services. 

The head of NUEYS in the Northern Red Sea region, Mr. Ibrahim Hassen, said on his part that committees have been set up that would supervise the provision of service on the part of hotels, bars and restaurants, as well as business enterprises along the seashore.

Reports indicated that ample supply would be made available by all institutions taking into account the demand and number of pilgrims of the 21st anniversary of Operation Fenkil due to be commemorated from February 11 to 13.
