Dahlak Grand Hotel in Massawa began rendering service on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of Operation Fenkil.
Massawa, 23 February 2011 – Dahlak Grand Hotel in Massawa began rendering service on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of Operation Fenkil.
The owner of the hotel, Mr. Prima Jovani, said that the renovated structure which had only 42 classrooms and a restaurant previously, has now 164 classrooms and two cafeterias that could offer upgraded service to 600 guests at a given moment, as well as auditorium with a capacity of accommodating 500 persons, among other things.
Mr. Prima pointed out that the hotel has undergone renovation so as to facilitate the task of properly developing the nation’s resources taking into consideration the needs of both local and foreign visitors. He noted that the number of tourists is growing from time to time due to the fact that Eritrea is a major tourist destination endowed with unpolluted sea and salubrious weather.
Dahlak Grand Hotel with 30,000 square meter grounds is expected to provide satisfactory service to pilgrims of Operation Fenkil anniversary celebrations.
