Youth Week was conducted in Sawa Education and Vocational Training Center under the theme “Gateway to Bright Future”.
Sawa, 3 February 2011 – Youth Week was conducted in Sawa Education and Vocational Training Center under the theme “Gateway to Bright Future”.

The director of the Warsai-Yikealo School, Mr. Kiflai Andemichael, noted the paramount role of Sawa in reinforcing the national development drive and safeguarding sovereignty. He also called on members of the 24-round National Service to keep intact discipline and pursue their studies with diligence.

The Commander of Sawa National Educational and Vocational Training Center, Col. Ezra Woldegebreal, on his part underlined that on top the academic courses, the students would follow up courses to strengthen their physical capacity.

Also speaking on the occasion, the Chairman of the National Union of Eritrean Youth and Students (NUEYS), Mr. Sultan Said, called on the students to work hard so as to guarantee a promising future.

In the course of the Youth Week, general knowledge, lectures, various sports and cultural activities as well as art exhibition were staged.
