Two junior and secondary schools under construction in Keren town

Two junior and secondary schools are under construction in Keren town at a cost of over 32 million Nakfa through Dabwin Construction Company. Keren, 26 February 2011- Two junior and secondary schools are under construction in Keren town at a cost of over 32 million Nakfa through Dabwin Construction Company.
Reports indicated that the construction of the junior school in Hashela at an expenditure of 12 million Nakfa comprises 20 classrooms, offices, library, toilets and water reservoir, whereas the high school encompasses 35 classrooms. 
The residents of the town said that the construction of these schools would accommodate the growing number of students, and commended the substantial investment the Government is making in the development of the education sector.
They further stated that the putting in place of various infrastructure facilities and social services are playing significant role in improving their living standard
