The Ministry of Education symposium in connection with the 20th Anniversary of Independence, which was opened by President Isaias Afwerki on February 25, concluded today.
Asmara, 27 February 2011 – The Ministry of Education symposium in connection with the 20th Anniversary of Independence, which was opened by President Isaias Afwerki on February 25, concluded today.

The three-day symposium comprised of seminars and exhibitions reflecting the journey of the past 20 years of the Ministry, study papers on development of the national curriculum, achievements registered in technical and vocational training, as well as work accomplished in adult education program.

Besides, seminars and art exhibitions highlighting the past endeavors, encountered challenges, and attained achievements were presented. Thousands of visitors have observed the display according to reports.
