Five Semi-Urban Areas In Gash-Barka Region Receive Electricity Power Supply

The inhabitants of semi-urban centers of Tokombia, Mogolo, Shambuko, Bishqua and Binbina said that receiving an 18 hours electricity supply has changed their lives and added drive to the development of their respective areas.

Tokombia, 28 February 2011- The inhabitants of semi-urban centers of Tokombia, Mogolo, Shambuko, Bishqua and Binbina said that receiving an 18 hours electricity supply has changed their lives and added drive to the development of their respective areas.

The inhabitants further indicated that power supply is the basis for all kinds of development and expressed appreciation for the government’s endeavors.

The Administrator of Tokombia on his part said that several development projects have been underway in the semi-urban center and the provision of power supply will add further impetus to the ongoing development endeavors.
