The inhabitants of La’lay Gash sub zone stated that the provision of social services in their area are playing an important role in meeting the basic demands of the people. La’lay Gash, 11 March 2011- The inhabitants of La’lay Gash sub zone stated that the provision of social services in their area are playing an important role in meeting the basic demands of the people.
Speaking to ERINA the inhabitants indicated that owing to the various development projects implemented in the sub zone, shortage of transportation services have been resolved.
The head of social services in the sub zone, Mr. Tekeste Teklemariam said that education, health, water and power supply services compatible with the number of population in the area have been provided and the services are effecting commendable changes in the people’s everyday lives.
There are 35 schools in the sub-zone and there is effective distribution of educational services in the sub-zone.
