Southern Red Sea Regional Assembly Holds 10th Regular Meeting

The Southern Red Sea Regional Assembly conducted its 10th regular meeting in the port city of Assab. Assab, 11 March 2011: The Southern Red Sea Regional Assembly conducted its 10th regular meeting in the port city of Assab.

In a statement he made at the occasion, the Chairman of the assembly, Ali Nur Ali pointed out that the provision of social services by the government even in the remote parts of the country has effected considerable changes in the people’s everyday lives.

The Chairman went on to point out that commendable progress has been achieved in increasing the number of female students enrollment and that further work needs to be done for more gratifying outcomes.

The meeting concluded by adopting various recommendations and resolutions.
