Eritrean women residing in Jeddah reiterate readiness to enhance participation in development programs

Eritrean women residing in Jeddah and its environs reiterated readiness to reinforce participation in development programs in the Homeland. They made the pledge during the observances marking the International Women’s Day.

Asmara, 16 March 2011 – Eritrean women residing in Jeddah and its environs reiterated readiness to reinforce participation in development programs in the Homeland. They made the pledge during the observances marking the International Women’s Day.

The chairperson of the NUEW branch in Jeddah, Ms. Saba Sibhatu, pointed out that the achievements which Eritrean women have scored  attests to their steadfastness, and reminded the participants to strive for still greater achievements.

The head of Public Affairs in Jeddah, Mr. Saleh Mahamed Sebe, on his part reminded the NUEW branch to give more attention to youth members.

Reports also disclosed that Eritrean women in Riyadh city marked March 8 in a colorful manner.
