The inhabitants of Hal-Hal sub zone expressed appreciation for the government’s efforts to improve the people’s living standard and said that they would step up contribution to the nation building process.
Hal-Hal, 30 March 2011- The inhabitants of Hal-Hal sub zone expressed appreciation for the government’s efforts to improve the people’s living standard and said that they would step up contribution to the nation building process.
In a meeting with the administrator of the Anseba region, Mr. Giorgis Girmay, the inhabitants said that they have are receiving effective health and education services as well as supply of potable water. They also called for a relief of their transportation problems and introduction of mobile telephone services.
Mr. Giorgis Girmay on his part reminded the inhabitants to strengthen their forestation as well as soil and water conservation activities. The administrator also pointed out the importance of grouping settlements in ensuring the provision of social services and called on the people to work to that end.
