The involvement of parents in the education of their children provides an impetus that bolsters the academic performance of their children, stated teachers in the town of Krora.
Krora, 5 April 2011- The involvement of parents in the education of their children provides an impetus that bolsters the academic performance of their children, stated teachers in the town of Krora.

The teachers underlined that positive results are being registered thanks to the concerted efforts of parents and teachers in addressing and solving setbacks that students faced at the initial stage, especially participation of girls in education.

The director of the Krora Elementary and Junior School, Mr. Hamid Idris Mohammed, said that parents have now come to understand the benefit of education and are sending their children for schooling.

A resident of the town, Ms. Meriem Mohammed Ali, stated on her part that many women who previously had no access to elementary education are now benefiting from the opportunity.
Currently 200 students are enrolled in the Krora Elementary and Junior School’s regular programs, and an additional 120 are pursuing adult education classes.
